We acknowledge every message within 24 hours. For a refund, put “Refund request” in the subject and write from the e-mail address you used to join.
The process of incorporating a company has started and will take some time. Until it is complete, the Platform is operated by the individual named above. When the company is incorporated, these terms, your subscription and your data will move to it, and we will tell you before that happens.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt. For consumer complaints about paid services we also meet the e-commerce timelines (acknowledgement within 48 hours, resolution within one month). Requests about your personal data are answered as set out in the Privacy Policy.
